In the press conference, at the end of Mantova-Palermo, the Rosanero coach is direct in his analysis of the goal conceded at the end: «It’s a goal that we shouldn’t concede at that point in the match. We were dominant and all we needed to do was close it out”, explains Inzaghi, who however saves the team’s overall performance: “I’m keeping the good performance”. According to Inzaghi, Palermo could and should have secured the result much earlier: «We played a great match, we should have been 2-0 or 3-0. If you play a game like this there can be no repercussions.”
