Palermo: morning session in Torretta in view of Modena
News: As announced by Palermo, this morning, at the Torretta sports center, the rosanero team continued preparations for the next away match against Modena, under the guidance of coach Filippo Inzaghi. The session began with a warm-up phase, followed by exercises aimed at changing direction and work dedicated to ball possession. In the final part of the training, there was room for tactics: the players carried out a 10-on-10 drill focused on defensive organisation, before closing with a 9-on-9 mid-field match.
