Rocchi attacked during Carrarese – Catanzaro: here’s what happened

News: Tense moments at the Marmi stadium in Carrara at the end of the match between Carrarese and Catanzaro. The target of heavy criticism from the home fans was referee designator and former whistleblower Gianluca Rocchi, present in the stands. It all started in the last minutes of the match, due to the penalty awarded to Catanzaro at 3 – 2 for Carrarese. Several Carrarese supporters wanted to go face to face with him to discuss the dubious episode of a few minutes earlier. The designer Rocchi was therefore forced to leave escorted by the police present at the stadium, amidst pro s and general insults.
