News: Before fully projecting ourselves towards Saturday’s match, however, one of the few limitations of Palermo’s seasonal progress emerges: their performance in head-to-head matches. The first direct clash came on 30 August against Frosinone, which ended 0-0 at Barbera. The worst result came against Monza, who beat Barbera with a clear 3-0. The overall record shows three defeats – against Monza, Juve Stabia and Catanzaro – and five draws, obtained against Venezia, Frosinone, Cesena and twice against Modena. Venezia, for example, beat Frosinone twice and also won the first leg against Monza.
