News: After the dismissal, at the same time as that of Gregucci, a few days ago, some words of affection arrived from the assistant coach Salvatore Foti, who greeted and thanked the Doria environment through his Instagram profile. As can be read in the description of the post, Foti comments that “They have been intense months, full of strong emotions, lived exclusively with the sole objective of helping Sampdoria which, for me, is home. I wanted to thank everyone and embrace our magnificent fans who represent the past, present and future of the club with pride and style. Now there is no more time to find culprits, the time has come to row TOGETHER and push in one direction: Salvation! The assistant coach bid farewell to Sampdoria after 21 matches, which did not prevent the Doriana team from being sucked right into the fight to avoid relegation.
