Giornale di Sicilia: "The Wasps sting: it's even. This Palermo isn't…
News: The 2-2 against Juve Stabia, as Luigi Butera points out in the Giornale di Sicilia, leaves the Rosanero -6 behind the Brianza team, despite the latter's misstep against Reggiana. A slowdown that weighs heavily, because – as Luigi Butera highlights in the Giornale di Sicilia – with only seven games to play and two direct clashes away, the chase for direct promotion becomes increasingly more complicated. According to Luigi Butera of the Giornale di Sicilia, it is a page that recalls those already seen against Mantua, Avellino, Modena and Sampdoria: matches in which Palermo failed to capitalize on the opportunities. Inzaghi's match plan didn't work, with Juve Stabia capable of dominating in midfield thanks to Abate's game system. The final result, concludes Luigi Butera in the Giornale di Sicilia, is the perfect snapshot of a season in which reactions were almost never followed by continuity.
