Palermo "Bani-dependent": the numbers without their defensive leader
News: Palermo "Bani-dependent": the numbers without their defensive leaderThe data highlights an unequivocal trend for Palermo: Filippo Inzaghi's team seems to suffer from a real "Bani-dependence". Currently stuck in the pits due to a slight physical problem, Bani's recovery represents the absolute priority for the technical staff in view of the upcoming playoffs. Unless there are unforeseen repercussions, Inzaghi should be able to count on his defensive guidance for the start of the promotion play-offs, a return deemed vital to stabilize a department that has shown itself to be faltering without its point of reference. In the meantime, Serie B's attention also shifts to other fields in view of the rounds on May 1st. For Palermo, the hope is that Mattia Bani's return can reverse the negative trend of the last few outings without him, bringing back the confidence necessary to aim for the jump in category.
