News: A moment of great emotion preceded the playoff semi-final between Palermo and Catanzaro at the “Renzo Barbera”. Just over an hour before kick-off, the Giallorossi team gathered in front of the blow-up dedicated to Alessia La Rosa, the little Rosanero fan who passed away in recent days after a long battle with cancer. A heartfelt gesture full of respect on the part of Catanzaro and its fans, who had already remembered the little girl during the first leg match at the "Ceravolo" through a banner displayed in the stands. A gesture of great sensitivity that symbolically united Palermo and Catanzaro beyond the sporting rivalry and the tension of the playoff semi-final. Alessia thus continues to be remembered with affection by both sets of fans, imony to how football also knows how to offer moments of humanity and closeness that go beyond the result on the pitch.
