News: Renzo Barbera Stadium, the amendment for the redevelopment approved. The amendment for the redevelopment and modernization of the Renzo Barbera stadium in Palermo was approved, with the first signature of the group leader of Fratelli d'Italia, Giuseppe Milazzo. The plan was included in the Municipality's Single Planning Document, a fundamental tool for the institution's budget forecast. The objective, the administration says, is to make the sports facility modern, efficient and worthy of the ambitions of the city of Palermo, while at the same time promoting new opportunities for economic, tourist and social development for the area. «We work with determination – declared Milazzo – so that Palermo can have infrastructures suited to its history and prestige. The Renzo Barbera is a symbol of our city identity and investing in its redevelopment means investing in the future of the city, in sport and in young people."
