News: After the disappointment of the failed Serie A, Palermo does not change: forward with Osti and Inzaghi. After having failed in the assault on Serie A, with the defeat in the play-off semi-final at the hands of Catanzaro, Palermo will not carry out any revolution next season, at least in the management and on the bench. All the signals coming from the Rosanero square in fact lead to the confirmation of both Carlo Osti and Filippo Inzaghi who therefore next year will be called upon to conquer that objective that the City Group, owner of the club, has set since its arrival in Sicily. The expert manager, whose contract is currently expiring, will renew his relationship with the Rosanero in the next few days and then get to work building the new team, trying to capitalize on the mistakes made this season. However, the line remains that of his first mandate, i. e. to focus on players with experience and depth, perhaps coming from Serie A, alongside some quality unders who can do better than those who have not managed to give their full contribution this season such as Vasic, Corona, Veroli and Giovane (with the latter two who will not be redeemed). On the bench there will still be a promotion specialist like Inzaghi who this year only had to surrender to the excessive power of Venezia and a surprising Frosinone who shuffled the cards in terms of promotion as Monza also knows well.
