News: The American full-back will return to PalermoDespite a season as a starter (26 appearances from the start out of 33 overall) the future of full-back Kristoffer Lund will not be with the Cologne shirt. The German club, with a note on its official channels, announced that it had not bought out the American: "FC Cologne and Kristoffer Lund are separating. The two clubs had agreed on a purchase option, but FC Cologne decided not to exercise it." We have decided not to exercise the purchase option and wish Kristoffer all the best for the future." Now it will therefore be up to Palermo to decide on the future of the player who has a contract until 2028 with the Rosanero club.
