Palermo, the El Shaarawy slope opens: but the competition is high
News: Palermo is also looking at highly experienced profiles to strengthen the offensive department for next season. According to what was reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, in the last few hours the Rosanero club would have joined the competition from Venice and Genoa for Stephan El Shaarawy, Roma striker and a name of absolute prestige for the category. The offensive winger born in 1992 would represent a top-level addition for Serie B thanks to the wealth of experience accumulated between Serie A, the Champions League and the Italian national team. Precisely for this reason, however, the operation is particularly complicated both from an economic point of view and due to the competition from other clubs interested in the player. At the moment there are no advanced negotiations, but the simple linking of El Shaarawy to Palermo confirms the ambitions of the Sicilian club, intent on building an increasingly competitive squad to aim for a return to Serie A.
