News: Palermo would have targeted Pontus Almqvist, a Swedish attacking winger born in 1999 owned by Parma. Almqvist is a quality player – fast, technical, unpredictable – but his Italian career, between Lecce and Parma, has been dotted with more lows than highs. Serie B could represent the ideal context for him to blossom and find the continuity that has been missing so far. According to what was reported by the Giornale di Sicilia, Palermo has already included Almqvist in their list and is awaiting developments from Parma. The Swede is linked to the Emilian club by a contract expiring in 2027.
