News: On July 22, Ascoli Piceno will host the draw ceremony for the 2026/2027 Serie B calendar, the 95th season in the history of the tournament. The Lega Serie B chose the city in the Marche region after the applications opened in the Assembly on 4 June, between two proposals received by the League. The 'City of Travertine', with its Piazza del Popolo among the most harmonious in Italy, succeeds Mantua, which last year hosted the event at Palazzo Te. A choice which, as per League B tradition, intertwines football with the valorisation of Italy's historical and cultural heritage. In the next few days, the Lega Serie B will communicate the time, definitive location and accreditation methods for the media interested in following the event.
