News: Palermo, flashback for Elia. Challenge to Benevento for the Empoli winger. Salvatore Elia's future could once again be at Palermo where he played in the 2022/23 season. In fact, the Sicilian club would be ready to return to the 1999-born winger that they had already looked for last summer before turning to other objectives and leaving the path free for Empoli who thus closed with Spezia for his purchase. In addition to the Sicilians on Elia, there is also the interest of Benevento newly promoted to Serie B. To understand the future of the winger, we will also have to wait for the possible corporate developments in the Tuscan house with the possible entry of new partners alongside the Corsi family who could change the status of the player who could be among those players capable of guaranteeing Empoli an economically interesting operation.
