News: Further confirmations arrive regarding Zito Luvumbo's failure to land at Palermo. Despite the favorable conditions put on the table by Palermo, the negotiation never came to fruition. Again according to Alfredo Pedullà, the Viale del Fante club had set an ultimatum to the player, asking for a response within a specific timeframe. At the basis of the stalemate there would be the will of Luvumbo himself, who would have decided to buy time by continuing to wait for Mallorca, a club for which he has already played on loan and which would represent his favorite destination. The negotiation between Cagliari and Mallorca in fact remains open and continues, while Palermo, having taken note of the situation, is ready to concentrate its attention on other profiles to strengthen the offensive lane requested by Filippo Inzaghi.
