According to Salvatore Ferro in La Sicilia, the mayor gave the municipal offices a mandate to reduce the area under concession to Sipet by approximately 2,900 square metres, allocating it to the Barbera roof construction site. Finally, Salvatore Ferro on La Sicilia reports that the negotiations between the Municipality and Sipet continue and that the initial request of almost seven million euros could be reduced as part of a settlement agreement.
