Birmingham on Kristoffer Lund: contacts with Palermo started
News: Kristoffer Lund's future could be far from Palermo. According to what was reported by the Danish portal Bold. dk, Birmingham City has started initial contacts with the Rosanero club for the American left-back. As Bold. dk reports, the English Championship club is talking with Palermo in an attempt to find an agreement for the transfer of the defender born in 2002, fresh from his loan at Cologne. According to Bold. dk, Lund returned to Sicily after a positive season in the Bundesliga, where he made 35 appearances and 2 assists for Cologne. Having returned to Palermo, Lund did not take part in the last two friendly matches played by the Rosanero against Ingolstadt and Nuremberg, a detail which, according to Bold. dk, fuels the rumors about his possible farewell.
