Barbera, Palermo at the City Council: «Proposal distorted, so the…
News: Palermo raises its voice on the future of the new Renzo Barbera stadium. For this reason Palermo is asking for a return to the previously agreed version, underlining that, otherwise, the project could be interrupted. The club's stance comes at a decisive time for the future of the facility. The City Council is called to approve the new agreement by Friday, a fundamental step to allow the start of the Barbera redevelopment project and support Palermo's candidacy among the host cities of Euro 2032. The plan involves a total investment of around 300 million euros, supported largely by the City Football Group, with the contribution of 60 million euros already allocated by the Sicilian Region.
