Palermo, morning training in Torretta: the report
Palermo returned to the field this morning in Torretta to continue preparing for the next championship match. Filippo Inzaghi's team opened the session with strength work in the gym. Subsequently, the rosanero carried out a series of sprints, before focusing on an exercise dedicated to defensive tactics. The training ended with a match, useful for putting into practice on the field what was experienced during the session.
