More serious than expected the injury of Gabriel Strefezza who will have to stand still between the two and three months. Palermo has for this reason replaced the Italian-Brazilian player with the new purchase Mazzitelli. The note of the club rosanero: “The Palermo FC announces that, following the clinical insights carried out regarding the extent of the injury, Gabriel Strefezza has been temporarily replaced – until healing – in the List A of the BKT Series 2026/2027 by Luca Mazzitelli, in compliance with the provisions provided by the Code of Autoregulation of the League B”.
