Palermo, resumption of training in Torretta towards Pisa
Palermo returned to work this morning at the CFA in Torretta to begin preparation in view of the next league trip against Pisa. The team coached by Filippo Inzaghi resumed training after the victory won yesterday at Renzo Barbera against Carrarese. The programme of the session was differentiated according to the use of the players in the last race. Recovery work for players went into the field against Carrarese, while the rest of the group played a session on the playing ground. After a first phase of heating, the rosanero performed an exercise dedicated to ball possession, followed by small sided games four against four.
