"Baldini: "My son Mattia worked for free in Palermo
Silvio Baldini is told between emotions, football and human values. The technical commissioner of Italy Under 21, who has been qualifying for Europe, looks to the future with ambition and confidence, without forgetting the experiences that marked his career. Among these is also Palermo, where the technician remembers an episode related to his son Mattia and then sports director Renzo Castagnini. In an interview with Baldini, Baldini tackles many themes: the special relationship with the young blue, the talent of Ndour, the collaboration with Roberto Mancini, the role of Andrea Barzagli and the goals of the National Team. But above all a precise philosophy emerges: before the results come personal growth, respect and happiness to play football.
