"Barbera" a decimated Sampdoria seeks redemption

After the goleada against Mantova in the Italian Cup, Palermo returns to focus on the championship and does so on the first Monday Night of the season. Bernardo Corradi's Sampdoria arrives at "Barbera", with his first experience at the helm of a club team after his career in the youth teams of the national teams. The Blucerchiati's start wasn't the best: just one point in the standings and no victories, but the numbers only tell part of the story. Sampdoria paid the price above all for individual errors and unfavorable episodes, however on several occasions they showed good organization and a decent quality of maneuvering. Palermo will therefore have to avoid those lapses in concentration that already emerged against Mantova, because Corradi's team has demonstrated that it can create dangers continuously.
