News: Playoff C – Brescia or Ascoli, Corini or Silipo, Damiani and Rizzo Pinna? This evening the final first leg of the Serie C playoffs takes place, a play-off that will decide who will reach Palermo in Serie B. Corini's Brescia and Tomei's Ascoli face each other but the two teams have many former rosanero players, some more and some less. Obviously the prominent figure is that of Eugenio Corini, the unforgettable Rosanero captain and subsequently criticized Rosanero coach, far beyond his own demerits. Brescia is certainly geographically the longest trip but perhaps logistically an easier place to reach considering the air connections with Milan or Verona.
