Caos Juve Stabia, another penalty: 2 points for
There is no peace for Juve Stabia. The National Federal Court has inflicted on the club Campania 2 penalty points, to be served in the current season, because of some irregularities related to the change of ownership occurred last April. The penalty concerns the sale of 100% of the capital of the sports company to Francesco Agnello, perfected on 17 April 2026 in favor of the newly established Stabia Capital Srl. Juve Stabia would not produce the required documentation relating to the requirements of honorability and financial solidity, in addition to the copy of the act through which the acquisition was formalized. The two points are added to the previous penalty of 2 points, with which the team had already started the championship.
