Carrarese towards Palermo, Pagliuca: "To the "Barbera"
On the eve of the challenge against Palermo, scheduled on Sunday, October 25 at 3 pm at the Renzo Barbera Stadium, the technician of Carrarese Guido Pagliuca presented the race, valid for the eighth day of the Serie BKT 2026/2027 championship, underlining the desire of the team to face with personality an opponent of great value. "We will face a very strong team and we want to demonstrate our value, going down in the field with the desire to fight demonstrated in the last two releases," said Pagliuca, who highlighted the importance of attitude and determination in a particularly demanding journey. "It is true that we will challenge one of the strongest realities of the championship, but we will have to go to the "Barbera" loaded and wanting to play this prestigious challenge, in a great stadium, against a blasoned reality like Palermo". The technician was satisfied with the answers received by the group on the physical level, despite the busy schedule of commitments. «This team is giving me excellent answers from a physical point of view. They are young boys, trained to play at certain rhythms, for this I am quiet and sure to be able to count on all the actual". The objective, at this stage characterized by three games in seven days, will be "take as many points as possible among those in stake".
