News: Alessandro Diamanti could be the surprise name for Cesena's bench. Having concluded his career as a footballer in Australia, Diamanti chose to embark on his coaching career overseas. In recent years he has led Melbourne City's Spring team, starting his technical career within the City Football group. It would be a fascinating but at the same time courageous choice by Cesena. Diamanti, in fact, has not yet had experience leading a first team and has never had to deal with European professional football as a coach.
