Corriere dello Sport: “Catanzaro, Iemmello leads the playoff dream”
News: As Carlo Talarico explains in Corriere dello Sport, the clear 3-0 defeat against Avellino in the preliminary playoff round transformed the "Ceravolo" into an explosion of enthusiasm, fueling the dream of a team ready to dive into the promotion semi-finals for the third consecutive season. In the story written by Carlo Talarico for Corriere dello Sport, all the strength of the group built by Alberto Aquilani since the summer retreat emerges. Among the symbols of the evening, as Carlo Talarico underlines again in the Corriere dello Sport, there is inevitably Pietro Iemmello. According to what was reported by Corriere dello Sport in Carlo Talarico's analysis, Iemmello first distributed precious balls to his teammates, then obtained and converted the penalty kick which definitively ended the match. As Carlo Talarico highlights in the Corriere dello Sport, Iemmello showed a shirt with the writing "6 Unica", a direct homage to the curveball Massimo Capraro and a phrase historically linked to Francesco Totti.
