Corriere dello Sport: "Mazzitelli, a blow for the future
The signing of Luca Mazzitelli further expands the solutions available to Palermo, but will not lead to immediate changes to the list of players who can be used in the championship. As Paolo Vannini writes in Corriere dello Sport, the midfielder has signed an annual contract with an option for a second season, becoming yet another element from Serie A brought to the rosanero by sporting director Osti. The operation has inevitably fueled questions, especially after the muscle injuries suffered by Strefezza and Hernani against Sampdoria. Paolo Vannini on Corriere dello Sport, however, clarifies a fundamental aspect: the interest in Mazzitelli preceded the physical problems of the two players. Furthermore, at the moment Palermo has no intention of modifying the lists already presented, which contain the 18 overs allowed by the regulations, in addition to Segre and Gomes as "flagship" players.
