News: PALERMO – Palermo gets on the roller coaster and looks towards an eighth consecutive victory at home, a goal that would take them back to the magical seasons of Serie A. This time, however, the obstacle is very tough. Südtirol arrives in Sicily in great health: unbeaten in seven days with 17 points won against Palermo’s 15 in the same period of time. Paolo Vannini in the Corriere dello Sport also highlights another fact: Castori emerged unscathed from complicated fields such as Frosinone and Monza, drawing 2-2 and 1-1 against the rosanero’s direct competitors. As Paolo Vannini writes in Corriere dello Sport, the support of the public remains a key factor: despite the slight drop in attendance due to the weather conditions, over 22,000 spectators are expected.
