Corriere dello Sport: “Palermo, golden rain on Barbera”
News: Next season will represent a fundamental transition for Palermo and for the City Football Group. According to Paolo Vannini in the Corriere dello Sport, the City Football Group has chosen to invest in Palermo due to the enormous potential of the city and its catchment area, resources which can fully express their value especially through a stable presence in the top flight. Paolo Vannini's analysis in Corriere dello Sport underlines how one of the decisive steps in the coming months will concern the concession of the facility and the green light for the redevelopment project. In this direction, the 60 million euro contribution recently allocated by the Sicilian Region to the Municipality of Palermo, owner of the plant, is also considered significant. Part of the proceeds will be allocated to the Falcone Foundation, which the former Palermo captain has supported for several years.
