Corriere dello Sport: “Palermo, holidays and recoveries”
News: Once the season is over, at Palermo it's time for holidays and planning. As reported by Corriere dello Sport, many players left the city immediately after the break in ranks that took place on Thursday at the Palermo CFA in Torretta, where the team and staff said goodbye at the end of the last session of the season. This is the case of Bani, forced to miss both playoff semi-finals against Catanzaro, but also of Peda. The most awaited match will be the friendly match against Juventus, scheduled for 11 August at the Optus Stadium. The first official match of the new season should instead be played on the weekend of 16 August, when Palermo will make their debut in the Italian Cup on the Lecce pitch.
