Corriere dello Sport: “Threats to La Penna, the Prosecutor’s Office…
News: The Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office has opened a file on the death threats received via social media by the referee Federico La Penna after Inter-Juve. It all stems from the episode that marked the big match at San Siro: the expulsion of Kalulu, who intervened on Bastoni, judged incorrect after the simulation by the Nerazzurri defender. A decision that sparked controversy and, unfortunately, triggered a dangerous drift on social media. According to what Edmondo Pinna reconstructs in the Corriere dello Sport, the file was sent to the Police Headquarters and the Prosecutor’s Office, which formally opened the investigation in these hours. La Penna has spoken several times with the designer Gianluca Rocchi, who does not seem willing to stop him for long.
