Corriere di Romagna: “Palermo-Cesena, the fate of the goalkeepers…
News: As Corriere di Romagna reports, it all started from an apparently random episode: a powerful shot from Tijjani Reijnders during the summer friendly between Palermo and Manchester City. The Corriere di Romagna reconstructs how that very shot changed the fate of the goalkeepers of the two teams, also indirectly influencing the championship match scheduled at the "Barbera". From there, as highlighted by the Corriere di Romagna, the scenario changes completely: Cesena freezes any decision, while Palermo turns to Jesse Joronen, signed as a free agent. As reported by Corriere di Romagna, Joronen is struggling with a muscle problem suffered against Avellino, and Inzaghi evaluates the use of Gomis against his past. As Corriere di Romagna underlines, the Cesena goalkeeper will try to demonstrate his worth against the team that, a summer ago, had seriously thought about taking him to Sicily.
