Empoli, exclusivity agreement with an American fund: possible…
News: Empoli has announced that it has signed an exclusivity agreement with an American investment fund in relation to a significant investment operation in the company's capital. The news represents the first concrete step towards an operation that could mark a turning point in the history of the Tuscan club. The exclusivity agreement will in fact allow the parties to work without competing interlocutors to define all the economic, corporate and legal aspects of the investment. The possible operation would not involve a change of ownership, but the entry of a new shareholder into the share capital, destined to strengthen the blue project with new resources and investments. The exclusivity represents a fundamental step, but it will be necessary to wait for the completion of the process to know the details of the agreement, the share that will be acquired by the American fund and the developments of an operation that could open a new era in the history of Empoli.
