Euro 2032, Mulè: "The stadium and the city of Palermo must
Palermo must aim to be among the Italian cities protagonists of Euro 2032. It is the position expressed by Giorgio Mulè, vice president of the Chamber of Deputies, at the edge of the conference "The South in Europe: Palermo FC history of popular participation", organized in the Sala Matteotti of the Chamber of Deputies. Mulè has emphasized that the Roman appointment has brought together institutions and the world of rosanero around a shared goal: the candidacy of the city and its stadium for the continental festival that Italy will organize together with Turkey. "A day that puts as a common factor a shared idea: the stadium and the city of Palermo must host the Europeans of 2032". The Vice-President of the Chamber then tied the candidacy to the relationship between Palermo and its team, underlining the will of the city to look at an international stage. "An idea of a city that is found around his team in the name of a common address: that of flying high as the rosanero eagles". The words of Mulè are inserted in the debate on the candidacy of Palermo and the future of the city plant, at the center of the meeting organized in Rome.
