The cost of the work remains fixed at 330 million euros, but some of the economic elements change at the base of the project for the new stadium Renzo Barbera: financing, expected revenues, timing of public contribution and costs. The Palermo FC has transmitted to the Municipality the updated economic-financial plan, document that confirms the general system of the operation but introduces several modifications. As Giancarlo Macaluso writes on , the 330 million destined for initial investments rise to a total financial requirement of 382,1 million euros considering also the other costs previewed from the project. The concession is assumed for 90 years, while the duration of the work is estimated in two years and eight months, within a total period of three years and a month including the phase before the opening of the renovated plant. The start of the intervention is scheduled for June 2027.
