News: Euro 2032, the race for the redevelopment of the Barbera stadium is complicated. The race for the redevelopment of the Renzo Barbera stadium is complicated in view of Palermo's candidacy to host Euro 2032. In the document, Liotta explains that the plan presented, which also includes the new agreement with Palermo football club, is still "incomplete". The administration's objective is to approve everything by July 31st, so as to respect the deadline set by UEFA and FIGC for submitting the candidacy, but some fundamental steps are still missing. In the absence of these elements, as highlighted in the note, the City Council cannot be asked to vote on the act, as it is not yet ready. At the moment the documents have been made available to the councilors only to allow them to start studying them.
