Gazzetta dello Sport: "Heat warning and synthetic pitch
Change of program for Avellino-Palermo, match valid for the fourth day of the Serie B championship. As reported by the Gazzetta dello Sport, the match initially scheduled for Sunday 13th at 3pm at Partenio has been postponed to 5.15pm. The basis of the League's decision are the expected high temperatures. An element to which is added the particular surface of Partenio: the pitch is in fact synthetic, a factor that could further amplify the environmental temperature in the hot hours of the day. Avellino and Palermo will therefore have two and a quarter hours more before taking to the pitch.
