News: Palermo continues to experience an evident defensive paradox: very solid at Barbera, vulnerable away from home. On the eve of the away match in Mantua, Inzaghi had asked the team for the same dominant attitude shown within the friendly walls, made up of offensive effectiveness and above all defensive attention. The data is clear: at home Palermo has built much of its strength, with seven clean sheets in ten matches, while away – with the exception of Bolzano – it has always conceded at least one goal. Inzaghi knows that to make the definitive leap in quality, greater uniformity of performance between home and away will be needed. In the big matches of the return round – Monza, Frosinone and Venice – we will need a team capable of armoring themselves even away from Barbera.
