News: Nuovo Barbera takes a decisive step towards realization and Palermo officially enters the race to host Euro 2032. As Connie Transirico explains in the Giornale di Sicilia, after the green light from the City Council, the final race began to complete the dossier destined for the FIGC, respecting the deadline set by UEFA. According to the Giornale di Sicilia, immediately after the approval of the resolution, Palermo FC began sending the necessary documentation to formalize the city's candidacy. Il Giornale di Sicilia also reconstructs the last hours of a long political marathon which culminated with the approval of the act. The new text will come into full force after the presentation of the new Economic and Financial Plan (PEF), which must be updated and adapted to the changes introduced.
