Giornale di Sicilia: “Palermo 125, the rosanero history on display at…
News: The history of Palermo continues to live on through documents, photographs and imonies that tell of over a century of rosanero passion. The exhibition offers a journey into the memory of Palermo football through around twenty new noticeboards which house mostly unpublished memorabilia and documents. Among the most significant pieces present in the exhibition, the Giornale di Sicilia highlights the copy of the newspaper from 1 December 1900 which recounts the first match played by the team, then still wearing the rossoblù shirt. Among the curiosities on display there are also numerous historical publications that ify to the deep bond between the city and its team. The official inauguration is scheduled for today at 5pm in the presence, among others, of Palermo president Dario Mirri.
