Giornale di Sicilia: “Palermo, exit issue: eleven players to be…
News: As Alessandro Arena writes in the Giornale di Sicilia, the squad currently available to Filippo Inzaghi is too large and the management will have to reduce the staff to avoid finding themselves with redundancies outside the project even after the transfer window closes. However, to these is added a group of eleven players who are not included in the technical plans and who will have to find new accommodation. As Alessandro Arena highlights again in the Giornale di Sicilia, Palermo's plan is to give Filippo Inzaghi a group of around 22-23 players already during the training camp in Santa Cristina Val Gardena. This is the case of Vasic, Corona and probably Gomes, while others will remain in Palermo waiting to define their future. In defence, Buttaro, Diakité, Nikolaou and Lund remain on the market: Asteras Tripolis had moved for the Greek, but the negotiations have cooled.
