News: As Alessandro Arena explains in the Giornale di Sicilia, tomorrow evening's match against Venezia represents the last general before the first leg of the playoff semi-final on 17 May, which the Rosanero will once again play away. Alessandro Arena highlights in the Giornale di Sicilia how in the last six away matches Inzaghi's team has only collected two victories, scoring just five goals. The Giornale di Sicilia, through the analysis of Alessandro Arena, underlines how Palermo has shown difficulties especially in scoring continuity: only one goal scored against Pescara, Carrarese, Padova, Frosinone and Reggiana, in addition to the total lack of Monza. Yet, as Alessandro Arena highlights again in the Giornale di Sicilia, the festive atmosphere around Stroppa's team could slightly lower the competitive tension of the lagoon players, offering Palermo the opportunity to regain confidence and conviction in view of the playoffs. The Giornale di Sicilia recalls the path of Baldini's Palermo in 2022, when the team overcame an already promoted Bari on the last day and then won all the away games of the playoffs until promotion to Serie B.
