News: Palermo officially opens the 2026/27 season with the training camp in Santa Cristina in Val Gardena. According to Alessandro Arena in the Giornale di Sicilia, Filippo Inzaghi's work starts from a certainty: the first three reinforcements have already been made available by the company, but the construction site still remains open. The objective is clear: to bring Palermo back to Serie A after the disappointment of last season, which ended with elimination from the playoffs against Catanzaro. The training camp will also represent an important for several players. The situation is different for Segre and Ceccaroni, both whose contracts are expiring, who will have the opportunity to demonstrate that they can continue to be part of the technical project.
