Il Messaggero: “Frosinone-Palermo 1-1, fair draw but of little use”
News: FROSINONE – A draw that leaves everything open but satisfies no one. Palermo showed themselves to be more proactive, especially in the first half, constructing the best opportunities without however finishing. As Il Messaggero reports, in the first half the rosanero came close to taking the lead with Pohjanpalo, stopped by the post after a defensive error between Palmisani and Monterisi. Il Messaggero highlights the reaction of Inzaghi's team, who equalizes in the 89th minute with Ranocchia, who does well to strike from the edge of the area following the development of a confused move. According to Il Messaggero, a bitter taste remains in the mouth for both at the end: Frosinone sees a heavy victory slip away, while Palermo once again pays for their lack of concreteness in the decisive moments.
