Internalization in Sicilian healthcare, now we need to

Carraffa/TuttoPalermo. net After the trade union demonstrations, the reassurances of the Presidency of the Region and the passage to the Fifth Commission of the Sicilian Regional Assembly, a fundamental question still remains regarding the dispute relating to the internalization of workers of outsourced services in the Sicilian healthcare system: at what point is the reconnaissance promised by the healthcare companies really and what will be the next concrete actions? Weeks after the institutional confrontation, workers continue to await precise indications. And precisely for this reason, in this phase, it becomes increasingly urgent to start from what should be one of the first and most important steps of the entire process: the recognition of the tasks actually carried out by each individual outsourced worker and the verification of their correspondence with the professional profiles currently in force in healthcare companies. This is not a simple bureaucratic requirement.
