Johnsen and Rui Modesto to go all-in
News: GdS – Johnsen and Rui Modesto to go all-inAfter the heavy 3-0 defeat suffered at Ceravolo in the first leg of the play-off semi-final against Catanzaro, Palermo is called upon to perform a true sporting miracle in the return match scheduled at Barbera. On the individual level, the main hope is linked to the recovery of Bani at the center of the rearguard, whose absence weighed enormously on the match in Calabria. To restore verve, sprint and dribbling to the offensive maneuver, the chances of seeing Rui Modesto wide on the right and Johnsen deployed from the first minute increase significantly. The Norwegian playmaker, so far without any great exploits, scored his only goal of the season against Catanzaro in the championship match played in Palermo. The real strategic turning point, however, could concern the formation: Inzaghi is seriously considering putting aside the usual 3-4-2-1 to try the all-in card with a 4-2-3-1.
