Magnani situation: Inzaghi aims to relaunch the central defender
News: Palermo is looking carefully at the situation of Giangiacomo Magnani, a defender who in recent seasons has experienced a complicated path between personal events and physical problems that have limited his performance. Considered in the past one of the reference points of the Rosanero rearguard, the Emilian central defender had been indicated by Filippo Inzaghi as a key element around which to build the defensive department. The return to Palermo arrived in February, but the defender was unable to regain his best condition. His performances were fluctuating and lower than those shown in the previous experience in Sicily, also due to a physical form that was not yet optimal. For this reason, Mister Inzaghi intends to work on the player's full recovery during the summer retreat in Santa Caterina Val Gardena.
